"Ultimate HVAC installed our Mitsubishi mini-split system for us. Our experience with them was great, from the office staff, sales and all the way to the installation of the system. These guys knows what customer service really means. Karen from the office was great following up and returning my calls. Jonathan that provided the estimate and quote was very knowledgeable and responded to all my inquiries (email,phone and text). The techs that came out, Channo and Edgar, were great as well. They were respectful of our place, Channo updated us every step of the installation process, and they left the worksite very clean. I had quotes from Four Seasons, ABT, and 2 other smaller companies and their price is competitive. These guys are very nice people and they know their products well. I couldn't be any happier with the service I received. I highly recommend this company."

"Service was great from start to finish. Scheduling my appointment was easy- was able to get an appointment for furnace maintenance Dane week. My technician was SO very helpful- he answered all of my questions, was able to make repairs same day as maintenance appointment and he was so very kind. I would highly recommend them for transparent, timely service. "
